Principal Dynamics CRM Developer – Federal Case Management Platform (12-Month Contract)

We’re supporting a major Australian federal agency delivering a large-scale case-management platform built on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. They’re looking for a Principal Dynamics CRM Developer (EL2-equivalent) who can bring real engineering depth while lifting capability across multiple squads.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading engineering practices across platform, automation and integration squads

• Providing technical leadership, coaching and code review discipline

• Building high-quality plugins, custom workflows and client-side logic using C# and JavaScript

• Reviewing technical designs, shaping patterns and ensuring architectural alignment

• Partnering closely with solution architects while remaining hands-on

• Guiding integration work across APIs, Logic Apps, Power Automate and custom patterns

• Managing structured release processes, DevOps troubleshooting and environment governance

• Supporting production issues, triaging and assisting with fixes when required
